We'd like to give recognition to two students who have participated this year as musicians in the Australian Honours Ensemble Program (AHEP) in Brisbane. This achievement is particularly noteworthy given the restrictions that have been placed this year on music ensemble programs, and public gatherings in general. It is evidence of these students' dedication to their craft.

Year 11 student Rohan Murray, performed as a baritone singer with the AHEP Vocal Ensemble. Also in Year 11, Jamie Sydenham performed on violin with the AHEP String Ensemble.

Congratulations to both students on their dedication to pursue these opportunities.

Mr Patrick Emery
Music Faculty
