In Term 3, a team of Year 10 Business Management students participated in the BuySmart competition hosted by The Office of Fair Trading, Department of Justice and Attorney-General, across Queensland. The competition required students to make a creative project on how we as consumers can make smart decisions on how we spend our money and what we buy almost every day of our lives!
Out of 594 entries across Queensland, our Year 10 Business Management students Sahrish Nouryan, Adonia Joseph and Nidhi Kapadia won first prize in the Years 10-12 category. Their creative video focussed on 'How consumers can identify scams and what to do when targeted by scammers.'

The Virtual Awards ceremony can be viewed here, where the three students were announced the winners!
