Our Academy's Term 4 Soiree was held on Monday 31 October, Halloween Eve, and students proved themselves to be spookily good at performing. The concert involved 38 students, with our Academy Strings and Stage Band groups, two self-led student groups, numerous soloists, and one captivating Irish/musical/comedy number, which was warmly received.

All students who performed, particularly those who organised their own performances, have shown fantastic initiative, creativity and collaboration, in their planning, rehearsal and final performance. It was very encouraging to see the Year 11s and 10s working together, and showing so much leadership and pride.
Special thanks to Mr Petros Stylianou, who has guided the Academy Strings group into a new and exciting direction, and to students, families and staff in attendance.
We look forward to Soiree in Term 1 next year!
