Following on from the success of the 2024 Change in Action (CIA) Program for Year 10s, we are pleased to reveal the winners of the People's Choice Award for 2024. The entire Year 10 cohort engaged in the CIA Problem-Based Learning program at the end of Term 3, with the key focus for 2024 on Thinking Globally, Acting Locally.

2024 Program Overview:
The Change In Action Program is a three-day intensive, problem-based learning event where students work in teams to develop innovative solutions to global challenges. This year's theme focuses on leveraging growth industries such as BioTech, HealthTech, MedTech, and SportsTech to address local issues faced by City of Gold Coast and related to Sustainable Development Goal #3: Good Health and Well-being. Delegations are required to incorporate Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct partners as part of their proposal. At the end of Term 3, students presented their solutions to the case studies to an expert panel of judges.
