Saturday 22 August saw six students from Year 11 and 12 progress onto the state finals of the Royal Australian Chemistry Institute (RACI) Titration Competition, held at the University of Queensland. The competition saw the best students from schools across Southeast Queensland come together to determine who could produce the most accurate titration result. Once again, we thank RACI and the University of Queensland for their commitment and support to allow the event to continue this year.
Saturday’s competition saw the scientific talent of QAHS’ teams and individuals on full display and they produced some excellent results on a day, with many students produce outstanding results, so much so that they ran out of gold badges for individual results of excellence.
